Halfmoon mother accused in death of son pleads guilty to manslaughter

A Halfmoon mother pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter on Monday after allegedly giving her 10-year-old son a lethal amount of diphenhydramine, the active ingredient in Benadryl, in January. 43-year-old Rebecca Jordan is expected to receive a sentence of four to 12 years in state prison.
